Applications dashboard: Board, Today, Agenda and Funnel in G3 Apply
How to track every application in G3 Apply: the board by stage, each process's stages, the Today screen, the interview agenda and the funnel from submission to offer.

When you apply to many jobs, you lose track fast: which company replied, which interview is tomorrow, which process went quiet two weeks ago. In Applications, G3 Apply brings all of that together in four screens: Board, Today, Agenda and Funnel. The jobs the copilot prepares and the ones you log yourself land in the same place.
The board: every job in its stage
The board has five columns: Saved, Applied, Contacted, Interviewing and Offer. Saved holds the jobs the copilot kept for you to review. Each card shows where it came from, By your copilot or By you, and how long ago it was saved or submitted.
On each card you can:
- Move stage, with an undo option, or select several cards and move them at once;
- Add to favorites, so the copilot looks for jobs similar to the ones you marked;
- Delete job, which marks it as discarded and helps the copilot understand what doesn't fit you; it leaves the board when you use Clear discarded;
- Connect with hiring managers, on applied jobs, and Practice interview.
In the Saved column, you select ready drafts and use One-click apply: the copilot sends one application at a time and respects your plan's daily limit. On the Free plan, you check each application's answers before sending it. Jobs from expanded sites aren't part of this sending.
The search by title or company and the filters by copilot, by date applied, by career site and by origin apply to every column. Export applications downloads a CSV or Excel spreadsheet with what matches the current filters. On the same board, the Copilot search switch pauses or resumes the job search for all your copilots at once.
The stages of each process
After submission, the card gets a Stages button. You can start from the Technology (default) template, with recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, technical interview, practical test, final conversation and offer, and then add, rename, reorder or delete whatever you want. If your processes usually look different, save the stages as your own template.
Each stage can be scheduled with a date, time, time zone and duration, and goes to your calendar with Add to Google Calendar or Download .ics. Afterwards you mark the stage as done, passed, failed or skipped.
Today: what needs your attention
The Today screen brings together three lists: interviews today and tomorrow, results to record for stages that already happened and stalled processes. A process counts as stalled after 10 days without movement since submission, or 7 days after the last stage.
For each stalled process, G3 Apply asks whether the company got back to you. You answer Yes, heard back, No response or Wait 7 days, or record the outcome: rejected or process cancelled. After two reminders without an answer, the suggestion is to mark it as no response, so the process doesn't stay open forever.
Agenda: interviews in your calendar
The Interview agenda shows the stages with a date in the next 7, 30 or 90 days. To avoid copying anything by hand, create the secret agenda link and subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Anyone with the link sees the dates, without your notes, and you can rotate or revoke the link whenever you want.
There are also two email notices you can turn on or off: the reminder the day before and 1 hour before each scheduled stage, and the question about stalled processes.
Funnel: where applications move forward and where they stop
The Funnel shows the path from submission to offer: applications, screening, interviews and offers, how many moved from one stage to the next and how many days that took on average. Next to it are responses and outcomes: rejected, no response and cancelled. You can filter by period and by copilot.
If you were already applying before G3 Apply, use Import history with a CSV file containing company, title and date. Those rows only count in the funnel: nothing is sent to any company and nothing goes on the board. With only a few applications, the funnel is a snapshot, not a trend, and the screen itself tells you so.
How to use it day to day
- Open Today every day: in a minute you see interviews, results and stalled processes.
- Record each stage as soon as it happens, so the agenda and the funnel stay accurate.
- Delete the jobs you're not interested in: the copilot learns from that.
- Once a week, look at the Funnel to see where applications stop and what to adjust.
No dashboard can guarantee an interview. What it does is take the work of remembering every process off your mind, so you can spend your energy on what changes the outcome: good applications and well-prepared interviews.
