What people ask before creating an account
Does G3 Apply apply on its own?
Only if you want it to. Each copilot has an application mode: with save and review, the application arrives filled in and is only sent after you approve it on the review screen; with automatic application, the copilot sends on its own, within your plan’s daily limit. In both modes, sending is part of the paid plans: on Free, the copilot only prepares.
Which sites can it apply on?
The copilot looks for roles on official career pages hosted on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and Gupy and submits through the company’s own form on Greenhouse, Lever and Workable. On Ashby, the application is prepared and you submit it yourself on the company’s site, because Ashby does not allow automated submission. The extension for other sites is still being built.
What changes from one plan to the next?
The number of copilots, applications sent per day, messages in the AI tools and career reports. The full list is in the pricing section.
How do I subscribe to a paid plan?
Create a free account and choose Premium or Elite under Account, billed monthly or quarterly. Payment happens on Stripe’s checkout, and your plan changes as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Do I need to upload a résumé?
Yes. The copilot uses your résumé to fill applications in, and you can tailor a version for each role inside the product.
What happens to my data?
Your résumé, screening answers and applications stay in your account and are only used to prepare your applications. You can export or delete everything from the account screen.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Changing plans and cancelling live in the billing portal in your account, without talking to anyone.
