Not every job is on a site where the copilot submits on its own. Many companies use their own forms, and on Gupy you submit the application yourself, with your own account. In those cases, filling everything in by hand again is exactly the repetition G3 Apply tries to avoid. The Chrome extension brings your profile and your answers to the form open in your browser, and you stay in control of submitting.
Install it and connect your account
The extension is called G3 Apply and is on the Chrome Web Store. After installing it, connect it to your account:
- On G3 Apply, open Account › Chrome extension and generate a connection code.
- Click the extension icon, type the 8-character code and click Connect.
- The extension shows which account it's connected to.
Each code works only once. To remove the extension from a browser, use Disconnect in the extension itself or disconnect that browser under Account › Chrome extension.
Fill in a job form
With the job open in a tab, click the extension icon and then Fill with G3. It fills the fields on the page with your profile, your resume and your answers, and attaches your resume when the form asks for the file.
Nothing is submitted at this step. The extension shows how many fields it filled and warns you when a list was left without a choice. You check the form, solve the verification if the site asks for one and click submit on the site itself.
When the application was already prepared and reviewed on G3 Apply, the extension uses the answers you reviewed. After you submit, you mark Arrived on G3 Apply.
Record the application on your dashboard
After you submit, still in the same tab, click Record application. You enter the job title and the company, and the application shows up on your dashboard, with its date and stage, next to the ones your copilot submitted. If you already had an application for that job, the extension tells you instead of creating a duplicate.
When you record an application, the extension also shows how many answers it learned from that form, to help with your next applications.
On Gupy
On Gupy, filling is still being tested, and the button shows as Fill with G3 (testing): check every field. If you allow access to Gupy, the extension recognizes the confirmation page after you submit and records the application on its own. It only watches the tab it filled, never clicks submit and never reads or stores your Gupy password or cookies. If it doesn't recognize the confirmation, you record it through the extension or mark Arrived in the Gupy queue.
Email drafts with your resume attached
In recruiter outreach, G3 Apply can open the draft in Gmail or Outlook with the recipient, subject, text and your resume already attached. For that, the extension asks for access to the compose screen only: it doesn't read your inbox or other emails, and it never sends anything. You review and send.
What the extension doesn't do
The extension never clicks submit for you, on any site. It fills, attaches and records, but the decision to submit stays yours. No tool can guarantee a reply from a company; what you gain is filling in seconds what would take minutes and keeping every application on the same dashboard.
