Review and learned answers: less editing with every application

What you can do on the G3 Apply review screen, how the answers you edit become the base for future applications and where to teach the copilot all at once.

Almost every application form repeats questions: salary expectations, notice period, work authorization, how you heard about the job, how many years you've used a given tool. Answering everything from scratch for each job is tiring, and rushed answers tend to come out differently from one job to the next. The G3 Apply review and learned answers exist so you answer well once and the copilot reuses it.

What you see on the review screen

Every application the copilot prepares has a review screen. There you can:

  • read and edit the answers to the job's form;
  • turn resume tailoring for that job on or off and see the differences from your original;
  • open the cover letter;
  • discard the job if it doesn't make sense for you.

In Saved for your review mode, the application only goes out after you approve it. In Sends without review mode, you visit the screen when an application is waiting for you, for example when a required answer is missing.

How answers become learning

The copilot fills in applications with your resume, the screening answers in your profile and what you've already taught it. Every answer you edit on the review screen goes into your knowledge base. The next time a job asks the same question, the answer arrives already filled in.

In practice, your first reviews need more attention, because that's where you teach the copilot how to answer. Over time there's less to edit: you check instead of writing.

Some answers are for one question only. They're used only when a form asks the same question and are never sent to the AI model.

Teach it all at once in Copilot training

You don't have to wait for jobs to teach the copilot. In Copilot training, the section "Answer the questions application forms ask most" brings the most common questions already filled in from your screening profile, labeled From your profile.

  • When an answer is right, confirm it by checking I confirm this answer.
  • When something is missing, fill it in.
  • If you edit an answer that came from your profile, the earlier confirmation no longer counts: the text you wrote becomes the answer.

Once you save, the copilot uses those answers in your next applications. On the same screen you can see every saved question and answer, search by word, filter by category, and edit or delete what no longer fits.

Good habits for answering

  • Write answers that work for several jobs, without naming a specific company.
  • Be direct and consistent about salary expectations and notice period.
  • Review your first applications carefully: they shape how the next ones go out.
  • If you change your mind, edit the answer in Copilot training, and the new one applies from then on.

No result is guaranteed. What you gain is answers thought through once, consistent across jobs, and more time for what really needs your attention.
