The copilot's automatic sending: where it applies and when it waits
How the G3 Apply copilot sends applications without review, on which sites, at what pace, when an application waits for you and how to follow everything on the board.

A job search takes time less because of the decisions and more because of the repetition: opening the company's site, filling in your name, contact details and experience, attaching your resume and answering the same screening questions dozens of times. The copilot's automatic sending exists to take that repetition off your plate without taking the decisions away from you.
What changes when it sends without review
Every copilot has an application mode. In Sends without review, the mode selected by default, the copilot fills in and submits applications on its own. In Saved for your review, the application arrives filled in and only goes out after you approve it on the review screen. You can switch modes at any time in the copilot settings.
In both modes, the copilot uses the same resume, the screening answers in your profile and the answers you've already taught it. When there's nothing to base an answer on, the question waits for you instead of being made up.
Where it applies
The copilot submits through the company's own form, on the official career page, on sites that use Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable. It's the same form you would fill in by hand.
On Gupy, you submit yourself, with your own account. Gupy jobs go to the Gupy queue on the applications board: you open the job, sign in to your Gupy account, submit on Gupy itself and mark Arrived. G3 Apply never asks for or stores your Gupy password.
At what pace
Submissions go out spread over time, in rounds and within your plan's daily limit, straight into the company's form. The copilot doesn't fire everything at once. When a job or a company has already received the maximum number of G3 Apply applications for the day, the submission moves to the next day.
The daily limit depends on the plan: 20 applications a day on Premium and 50 on Elite. On the free plan, the copilot organizes and prepares applications but doesn't send them. When your copilot reaches the day's limit, you get an email.
When an application waits for you
Some cases need you, and the copilot doesn't try to guess:
- A required question with no answer in your base: the application waits for your answer on the review screen.
- A security code by email: some sites email you a code after you submit. You paste the code on the application screen before it expires, and the submission completes.
- A check only you can solve, such as a CAPTCHA, or a site that refuses the submission: the application comes back to you with the reason, so you can finish it through the job link.
When applications are waiting, you get an email listing them, with a link to resolve them.
How to follow along
Everything shows up on the applications board, with the date and stage of each application. If the company's site doesn't confirm receipt, the card shows Check if it arrived: you check on the site and mark whether the application arrived before anything is submitted again.
No tool can guarantee an interview. What automatic sending does is give your time back for what only you can do: choose jobs well, answer what matters with care and prepare for the conversations.
