What G3 Apply does

G3 Apply is a job application copilot: it finds jobs on company career pages, prepares applications based on your résumé and your answers and submits them the way you choose, reviewing each one or letting the copilot submit. It also offers AI career tools, such as a résumé builder, cover letters and an interview simulator.

Your account

You must provide truthful information, keep your password secret and look after access to your account. Each account belongs to a single person. If you notice any access you don’t recognize, let us know.

Your responsibility for the information you submit

You are responsible for the information in your résumé, your answers and every application submitted on your behalf, including those the copilot prepared with AI. AI-generated text can contain mistakes: review what will be submitted, especially if you choose automatic submission.

By authorizing an application, you authorize us to submit it on your behalf to the job’s recruiting system. Once submitted, the application belongs to the company and follows its rules.

Acceptable use

When using G3 Apply, you may not:

• Submit false or misleading information, or apply on behalf of someone else.
• Use the service for spam, harassment or any illegal activity.
• Get around plan limits, overload company websites or access the service through automated means we do not offer.
• Try to access other people’s data or compromise the security of the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payments

The free plan has usage limits. Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis, at the interval you choose. You can cancel at any time on the Account page, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.

Pilot, no warranties

G3 Apply is in a pilot phase and is provided as is. We do not guarantee interviews, hires or replies from companies, nor that the service will always be available or error-free. Career sites and recruiting systems change without notice and can block a submission.

To the extent permitted by law, G3 Infotech is not liable for indirect damages from using the service, such as missed opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code.

Third-party services

G3 Apply connects to company websites, recruiting systems and other services that have their own terms. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or decisions.

Closing your account

You can delete your account whenever you want on the Account page. Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force, and significant changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
